All the books, podcasts, articles and substacks that have kept me curious this week
Welcome to my new subscribers this month. I hope you will find something interesting and perhaps inspiring in all the things I have this week. This is where I share the books, articles, podcasts and of course substacks that have kept me curious.
Hello old friends, to those that join me week after week. I love writing for you!
See you next Sunday!
I’ve been listening…
I’ve been catching up on my How To Fail this week and uncovered two amazing episodes.
This interview with former All Black Dan Carter. The most important thing I took away was re-connecting with why you’re doing something and how that can take the pressure off
This interview with former X Factor contestant Lucy Spraggan had me in tears…

Thank you for the thought provoking nudge

Read a little poetry which selects a poem for you at random. I love finding a little inspiration between the lines of a poem
I loved Idol! I was completely sucked in by it. Such a great read.
I have just finished Still Life by Sarah Winman and absolutely loved it - laughed and cried. I'd previously been put off by its length but I found it again at just the right time.
I am now reading the memoir I Belong Here by Anita Sethi. It's absolutely brilliant and also a tough read. It intertwines her experiences of a solo walk along the backbone of Britain with her processing her trauma around experiencing racism and being the victim of a hate crime.
Thank you so much for sharing my piece around postponement. I'm really glad it's sparked some personal reflection.
Such a great read! I didn’t want it to end, I still feel like I want to know how it all went down from there. I haven’t heard of Still Life or I Belong Here, I will check them out. I really get so much from your posts. I’m still thinking about your post from the other week about capturing the small moments in-between.
