Lovely to connect. It’s really fascinating re the origin of resolutions. I stripped a lot of the “expectation” of Christmas back this year - I deleted social media and really questioned what I was putting into my trolley in supermarkets and why - it felt better and January has been easier without all of the “stuff” to use up too. Also just read Disconnected - enjoyed the questions it brought up for me and I would read again.
Lovely to connect with you too Claire. I love that you approached it with intention instead of getting swept up in the way it’s always been done. I am definitely going to approach it that way this year. Have you read Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton? It’s a great little book for doing just that. There are also some great prompts in Disconnected which I’m going to put into practice this year.

My friend actually recommended the podcast version but I’ve misplaced my headphones. It’s on my list! 💫🙌🏻
